DreamWorks TV Development & Current Series - Administrative Assistant
“What would you say you do here?” Manage calendars and phones for three busy offices. Will entail being able to independently prioritize projects/meetings and coordinating with several calendars beyond your own office. Initiating and following up on meetings with attention to protocol for how to communicate and request time. Update and maintain department status reports/memos. Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reports. Track and read submissions and writing samples and offer written thoughts/coverage in a timely manner. Offer critical feedback on creative submissions. Support and track ongoing efforts to search for fresh comedic and artistic voices. Conduct research as needed to support the development process. Synthesize information into clear and/or actionable data points/analysis. Assist in creating decks/slideshows for presentations. Serve as an ambassador for the office, the department, and the company.
