Responsibilities: “What would you say you do here?” Establish character blocking, camera positioning, and animate camera movement. Build an animatic interpretation of the story reel. Ensure that the vision of the Director and Art Director are incorporated into the film where possible. Work with existing storyboards, recreate and/or enhance story through cinematic layout of shots. May create rough pre-visualization models and environments to facilitate animatic work. Collaborate with the Editorial department to incorporate materials and animatic work into the production reel.

“What would you say you do here?” Schedule and Workflow Manages the department schedule, tracks the labor weeks and coordinates the day-to-day workflow. Approves and manages overtime in their departments. Develops and manages internal department schedules and staffing requirements. Creates list of critical assumptions and highlights any vulnerabilities. Ensures accuracy of production tracking report and provides notes to support the numbers and strategy.

This Administrative Assistant is a key member of the creative Film Music team reporting to the Senior Vice President of Film Music. Key Responsibilities Production Development/production work: Providing business affairs advice on all aspects of scripted drama and anime developments and productions. Negotiating, drafting and advising on a full range of development and production agreements including in relation to writers, onscreen talent, other key production personnel etc. Ensuring that all production activities are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all territories and with the company's compliance policies and best practice procedures.
