The Manager, Global SVOD Sales Administration is responsible for providing sales support for multi-territory SVOD deals. Primary responsibility will be to manage the Film product and liaise closely with the relevant teams throughout the selection process. Responsibilities: Effectively manage volume & package deals for global streamers Provide availability lists to Sales or directly to TV clients. Coordinate and confirm client selections. Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) is comprised of both digital and physical distribution businesses, overseeing the sales and operations for digital transactional film and television content including PVOD, PEST, EST, and VOD for Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Illumination, DreamWorks Animation, and independent studios, as well as physical DVD and Blu-Ray product sales in domestic and international markets through a licensing model.

Collaborate with UX designers, other product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews with project managers. Requirements Development Conduct interviews, surveys, and observational studies with internal users to uncover pain points and opportunities. Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product requirements.

Contribute to the development of cutting-edge platforms that serve the needs of the Studio across various cloud providers and data centers. Responsible for developing the compute, storage, database and platform solutions on prem and in the public cloud. Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and implement next-generation CI/CD platforms-as-a-service for internal product solutions. Leverage Kubernetes operators and Spinnaker pipelines to automate application deployments and administration across multiple environments (on-premises and in the cloud).
