“What would you say you do here?” Collaborate and advise on next-generation AI-assisted agentic workflows strategy alongside product owners, developers and creatives. Design and own the architecture for AI-powered frameworks and automation across the entire Studio pipeline and platforms. Define the end-to-end architecture for ingestion, processing, and routing of operational telemetry (metrics, logs, traces). Integrate solutions with popular industry DCC tools. Prototype solutions for high-friction tasks: asset tagging, scene prep, render queue management, shot setup, and versioning.

Performs software installation deskside and using remote tools. Assists with organization and cabling of technology equipment, computer setups. ROLE PURPOSE: – The Film Distribution Sales Manager for Mexico is responsible for maximizing theatrical revenue performance across the Mexican market by leading exhibitor negotiations, optimizing release strategies, and adapting global studio priorities to local market conditions. This role requires deep understanding of Mexico’s exhibition landscape, audience behavior, holiday calendar, and competitive dynamics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Territory Sales Strategy (Mexico-Specific) Design and execute Mexico-specific release strategies aligned with global and regional objectives.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant (f/m/d) on a fixed-term basis for up to 12 months to support our Universal Pictures International Germany team based in Frankfurt am Main. In this part-time position you will work closely with our Marketing and Publicity teams.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas: Work closely with Regional Marketing team to support the proper execution of film releases in markets across the region. Liaise with Home Office and licensee partners on marketing-related matters, not limited to campaign planning, publicity, and promotional activities. Service marketing assets and materials to partners, local offices, and vendors. Brief vendor and vet localisation work for pan-regional campaigns. Facilitate approvals of publicity and creative requests between local offices and Home Office.

The Content Sales & Business Intern supports the distribution team, in tasks which may include conducting business and competitor research, identifying content distribution opportunities across SEA territories, developing sales literature, participating in meetings and assisting the distribution department wherever possible. Your responsibilities may span across the following areas: Tailor, compile and distribute presentations and sales literature across SEA territories including Hong Kong and Taiwan. Prepare targeted materials for different clients across the region.

You will be responsible for the following: Reversioning existing promos for linear and Subscription Video on Demand ('SVOD') channels. Creating filler content to contribute to the fill of promotional space in our commercial breaks. Creating promos and assets for linear and SVOD affiliates. Mastering promos/content for QC and delivery. Contributing to brainstorms and research on potential local productions. Production management support such as APRA reporting, makelists, QC and deliveries and ad hoc requests, as required.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Universal Pictures transactional digital business—covering Electronic Sell-Through, Transactional Video on Demand, and Pay-Per-View—across APAC. Working closely with global teams in London and Los Angeles, you’ll collaborate with leading multi-territory platforms such as Amazon, Apple, and Google, as well as regional partners like Astro Malaysia, Chunghwa Taiwan, and NowTV Hong Kong. Your efforts will strengthen relationships and shape strategies that maximize revenue and deliver meaningful impact.
