The Coordinator, Creative Advertising will be a vital member of the theatrical Creative Advertising department. Working as part of a dynamic, collaborative, and fast paced creative team, the Coordinator will report to the EVP of Creative Advertising, while supporting the direct team’s staff, and liaising with other employees in the department. The Coordinator, Creative Advertising will play a crucial role in providing support to both the domestic and global marketing teams, ensuring that all matters are managed in a timely and efficient manner.

The Publicity Assistant to EVP, Publicity at Focus Features will assist in all day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and conference calls; reconciling PO’s; processing invoices and expense reports; managing press correspondence; coordinating travel arrangements for filmmakers and talent; managing filmmaker and talent publicity schedules; monitoring traditional and new media and compiling publicity breaks; assisting with various research projects.

The Vice President, Sales Liaison (Japan) will oversee sales activities for NBC Universal’s filmed entertainment and television products in Japan. This includes managing relationships with Linear platforms (Free TV, Basic & Pay TV) and Digital Media outlets (Pay-per-View, VOD, Subscription VOD, Ad-based Free on Demand, Electronic Sell-Through) as well as FAST channels.
