Support for the Executive Vice President includes oversight of administrative tasks, which include scheduling, managing phone calls, and overall organization. For In-Theater Marketing, this role is responsible for managing daily team meeting agendas, booking meeting rooms (both physical and virtual), and communicating with independent exhibitors (excluding those in NYC and LA) in the U.S. to oversee trailer and lobby placement commitments, as well as additional exhibitor projects as needed.
