Sales Liaison Executive - TVD, APAC
Reporting into the Sales Director, the Sales Liaison Executive to the APAC Sales Team has end-to-end responsibility for achieving and delivering the revenue budget across assigned territories. In addition, the sales liaison executive would also provide sales operation support to the team such as streamlining processes, managing client engagement, reporting and accelerating deal execution. This includes developing and executing strategic plans for the region, building and nurturing strong client relationships, managing the entire deal lifecycle from negotiation to closure, and ensuring long-term partnership growth. Drive growth of sales revenue through proactive sales interaction with free TV, Pay TV, cable, satellite, broadband, internet, mobile and other platforms Support overall Television Distributions sales efforts for NBCU’s filmed entertainment and television products. Assist in the development and execution of sales activities, in coordination with NBC Universal’s global strategies. Sales Operations Support Work closely with the sales team to prepare title availability reports per client/per country and history reports, to coordinate and manage client requests; Support formulation of strategic sales plans and priorities through research and analysis of product / market/ country data to enhance market share of NBCU products in the territory Liaise with clients on product and deal related queries; Ensure timely submission of field orders via right management systems and sales tool systems (Salesforce); Project management on selected deals with NBCU Network team; Maintain and update budget tracking report on a weekly basis; Work closely with international teams to understand specific products and roll out plans for sales activities; Work collaboratively with internal departments / teams (e.g Finance, Contract Administration, Credit Management, Business Legal Affairs and Materials teams) to facilitate post sales deal management.
