Film Development & Production Internships – Academic Year

Access to mental health resources, including counseling sessions. Academic Year Internship Program Details Program Dates: September 21, 2026 – April 23, 2027 Time Commitment: 16-24 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined based on business need.  We will do our best to accommodate course schedules. Format: Opportunities listed will require an intern to work from Universal City, CA. Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to: Focus Features Production: research (filming location, tax rebates, crew availability), review production/post-production schedules, production reports, call sheet, wrap reports, and provide general administrative support.   Focus Features Production Development: script coverage, maintain filmmaker and project databases, review production schedules and call sheets, and general administrative support.  Working Title Development: script coverage, maintain filmmaker and project databases, review production schedules and call sheets, and general administrative support.  Post-Production Operations: The Intern would play an important role supporting several inter-connected departments within Post-Production, assisting teams in the daily operational processes needed to produce high-end marketing material, such as theatrical trailers and TV advertisements, for Universal Theatrical Film campaigns.
