Broadcast Systems Engineer, NBC Boston

We are looking for a Broadcast Systems Engineer to join the Technology team in Needham, MA, supporting the NBCU Boston Media Center and the Northeast Region. As a Systems Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and supporting technology and users within our mission critical, media production and enterprise IT environment. Job Responsibilities: Gather requirements, plan, and implement technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners. Hands on Installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of field, newsgathering, and media production systems, ensuring reliability of technology and operations.  Administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations. Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes. Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication. Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards. All other duties as assigned. Required onsite. This position is required to be performed full time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site.
