HR Intern (January - June 2027)
You’ll work hands-on across employee experience and HR operations alongside a team that moves with purpose and is always looking to do things better. Your responsibilities will span three core areas. Employee Experience & Communications Support the planning and delivery of employee experience initiatives in partnership with the HR team and Employee Resource Groups – and look for ways to make them more impactful each time. Assist in designing EDMs and visuals for internal announcements. And help us continuously improve how we communicate with our people. Help coordinate staff welfare touchpoints (e.g., marriage, newborn, long service awards) and contribute to improving these processes. Employee Lifecycle Assist with end to end onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and communications. Help prepare employee letters and support the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date templates HR Operations Support invoice processing and vendor coordination – gaining visibility into how HR manages its external relationships and budget Assist in maintaining the monthly HR events calendar, keeping planning on track and stakeholders informed. Support HR analytics by helping compile and present data – and use those insights to recommend where we should focus our improvement efforts. Contribute to broader HR initiatives. Always with an eye on what could be done faster, simpler, or better.
