Finance Trainee

Role and Responsibilities: •Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A budget and actual expenses •Collaboration in the reporting to HO, running reports and analysing the data with SAP software •Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes •Review of expense reports using the tool CONCUR •Supervision of invoices accounting •Follow up of AP and AR outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analysis of KPIs •Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title audits •Customer and vendor balances reconciliation •Assist with any other ad hoc projects
