Marketing Intern - Universal Pictures Home Entertainment

To provide general administrative support to Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing – Assisting to develop and deploy marketing campaigns for movies and TV series. In addition to this you will support the business’ key clients via. promotional efforts and supply of marketing materials. Duties will include general administrative support to Marketing team such as: Update and distribute schedules and reports as required Assist and contribute to agency briefs and internal brainstorming sessions for films to ensure that each film is uniquely nurtured and developed. Assist in the coordination of best-in-class client facing presentations in conjunction with Marketing Manager(s) Asset collation and distribution of marketing materials (i.e. artwork and trailers) to marketing teams and external stakeholders and agencies. Manage all aspects of campaign set-up with Marketing Manager(s) Support Manager(s) and VP Marketing in light of absence, travel, holiday or illness. Supporting Marketing Manager(s) with finance tasks including raising purchase orders. Perform other marketing duties and/or projects as needed.
