Manager, Strategy & Business Development

The Manager, Strategy & Business Development will play an important role as part of a highly visible team evaluating key strategic initiatives for Comcast’s upcoming spin-off transaction (referred to here as “SpinCo”). This team supports SpinCo’s CEO and Chief Revenue & Business Officer in resource allocation decisions and identifying pathways to growth through content & media rights acquisitions, strategic partnerships, M&A, and organic opportunities. This role will focus specifically on opportunities in Sports and Entertainment content across SpinCo’s platforms, as well as new business initiatives for SpinCo’s portfolio of digital assets (e.g. GolfNow, Fandango, SportsEngine). The position will require the ability to think critically, conduct research and financial analysis, coordinate and build relationships with internal stakeholders and ultimately present findings to executives. This is an exciting opportunity that will provide exposure to senior leadership and the ability to engage in conversations that impact the course of SpinCo’s future. Essential Responsibilities: Provide financial modeling support in evaluation of growth initiatives, partnerships and M&A transactions Prepare detailed presentations to convey analysis conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership Conduct research and evaluate market trends relevant to SpinCo’s businesses Proactively assist in identifying new business opportunities that align with SpinCo’s strategic goals Coordinate day-to-day communication with key internal partner teams Support projects as required by the CEO, Chief Revenue & Business Offer, or SVP of Strategy & Business Development
