Division Profile NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution is responsible for the licensing and distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and streaming platforms in the U.S., Canada and in over 200 territories internationally. NBCUniversal’s content portfolio includes a vast and diverse library of more than 6,500 feature films and 170,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non-scripted programming, kids, sports, news, long-form and short-form programming from Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Universal Television, UCP, Universal International Studios, Sky Studios, NBC Late Night properties, DreamWorks Animation, Telemundo, and more, as well as locally produced content from around the world. Global TV Distribution is a division of Comcast NBCUniversal. Overview The Manager, Creative Services is responsible for supporting the Peacock portfolio & other NBCUniversal programming via client and sales marketing activities, along with supporting the overall needs of the Marketing and Creative Services Department. The role is responsible for working with NBCUniversal brands, and the NBCUniversal marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing and sales solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Creative Services, this position will play an active role in supporting the global marketing of NBCUniversal films and television series across the globe. Responsibilities: Peacock Portfolio Brand Lead + NBCUniversal Studio Programming – Act as a brand steward and champion of NBCUniversal’s portfolio including Peacock & Universal Studios Group’s vast assortment of dramas, comedies, kids and unscripted programming. The Marketing Manager will work with NBCUniversal stakeholders to become an expert on all NBCU titles and be passionate about the product. The role will do so by coordinating marketing activities with all stakeholders in order to support sales and communicating seamless global marketing campaigns. Sales Support - Provide the sales team with the marketing tools they need to sell NBCU programming, including beginning-to-end management of sell sheet creation and distribution, updating scripted and unscripted sales decks, and creating private client digital screening rooms for relevant episodes and scripts. Service Clients – Work with internal and external teams to ensure marketing materials, promo line opportunities, marketing assets, delivery timelines, and strategies for campaign launches are gathered, executed and delivered successfully. Asset Management & Gathering – Coordinate with the marketing, creative services and publicity teams and production entities to procure a robust suite of marketing and promotional on- and off-air creative assets, to support sales needs and to disseminate to licensees of NBCUniversal content around the world. Digital Asset Management – Manage NBCU’s asset management vendor, ICP, to ensure all NBCU assets are within the right specs and uploaded to NBCU’s digital asset sharing site Passport. Digital Screening Portal – Ensure all NBCU titles are available and maintained for sales, press, and clients to view on Global TV Distribution’s screening website and iOS enabled app, NBCUView. Airtable Management – Maintain product information found within Salesforce, NBCUView, Passport, and Season Product Memos for an extensive list of titles databased on Airtable on a daily and weekly basis. Post-Production Support – Liaise directly with NBCU’s post-production house to create masters, dubs and encodes of various video material for NBCUView and/or to library/house video materials. Special Event Support – Assist the Marketing and Sales teams as needed during NBCUniversal global markets, including robust organization, acquisition and assessment of screener materials for global client screenings Special Projects Support – Provide support, as needed, including but not limited to promotional/premium ideas, presentations, reviewing large volumes of photography selects, assisting in AV projects, and more.
