PEP Regular, Post Tech Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PEP, Post Tech Support professional to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced live broadcast news environment. This role is critical in supporting editorial operations, maintaining post-production systems, and ensuring seamless workflow across multiple platforms and teams. What You’ll Do: · Manage deletions and organization of projects, folders, master clips, and other file types in a live production environment · Provide front-line technical support to editors and editorial staff · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with editors, engineers, and other stakeholders · Test and validate new workflows and applications prior to deployment · Monitor post-production systems to ensure optimal performance · Perform routine maintenance tasks and system checks · Collect and compile data for reporting purposes · Execute archive and restore functions · Ingest camera files and download external media into production servers · Manage user accounts and onboard users for Avid systems, Frame IO, Mediashuttle, Latakoo, Vantage, and other third-party applications · Create and maintain workflow documentation and SOPs; train users on all relevant systems · Act as liaison between Editors, Editorial, Engineering, Graphics, Acquisitions, Control Room Operations, and NOC/MOC teams
