Business Analyst, Privacy

We are seeking a Privacy Business Analyst to join the Privacy Product team within Versant. This role supports the delivery and management of privacy-related technology solutions, primarily focusing on the OneTrust SaaS platform. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, manage user access, and drive continuous improvement in privacy operations. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate change management by translating business needs into functional specifications Collaborate with business units to design and test system updates Handle user access requests and conduct quarterly access reviews Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues across stakeholders Monitor system workflows daily for errors and bugs; triage and resolve issues using established processes Manage and track support tickets with vendors and internal teams Support the System Administrator in day-to-day application management Generate weekly and monthly reports on system performance and usage Perform other duties as assigned
