Senior Manager, Portfolio & Delivery Excellence

The Senior Manager, Portfolio Planning & Delivery Excellence is responsible for leading enterprise portfolio management and optimizing processes across Business and Technical Operations. This role manages the portfolio, prioritization framework, and investment governance while providing transparency to business and technology stakeholders on portfolio health, capacity, and delivery performance. Serving as both strategic portfolio leader and delivery optimizer, this role ensures the right work is prioritized, executed efficiently, and visible to all stakeholders. The position partners with leaders across O&T and the broader business to balance capacity, remove bottlenecks, and drive investment decisions that align with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Planning & Investment Governance Lead enterprise portfolio planning process, including intake, evaluation, prioritization, and approval workflows Facilitate portfolio prioritization sessions with executive leadership using strategic alignment, business value, and capacity considerations Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps that provide transparency to business and technology stakeholders on planned initiatives, dependencies, and timelines Create clear, accessible views of the portfolio that enable stakeholders across the business and O&T to understand what's in flight, what's planned, and why Delivery Process Optimization Assess current delivery processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to accelerate portfolio throughput Support strategic projects by designing and implementing optimized workflows that improve delivery velocity, reduce cycle time, and enhance quality Lead process improvement initiatives that remove friction and enable teams to deliver faster Partner with PMO to align portfolio management processes with program delivery methodologies Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Design and lead a PMO COE that connects and aligns PMO teams across O&T, establishing shared standards, best practices and collaboration forums Lead and facilitate planning cycles and delivery cycles across O&T Partner with business and O&T leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into portfolio plans Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio transparency, providing stakeholders across the business and technology with clear visibility into initiatives, timelines, and capacity Communicate portfolio changes, decisions, and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels
