Manager, Executive Compensation

The Manager, Executive Compensation and Stock Administration leads the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation and equity programs. This role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy and governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Executive Compensation: Lead the execution of executive compensation strategies, including base pay, annual incentives, and long-term equity programs. Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including benchmarking, pay-for-performance analysis, and scenario modeling. Oversee market research and peer group analysis to inform compensation decisions. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR on executive agreements, SEC disclosures, and governance matters. Stock Administration: Manage the administration of equity plans, including grant processing, vesting schedules, exercises, and terminations. Ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting through equity platforms - Fidelity Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Lead employee education efforts related to equity programs, including executive-level communications. Leadership & Strategy: Drive continuous improvement in compensation and equity processes, systems, and policies. Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure program competitiveness and compliance. Support executive compensation disclosures, including CD&A, proxy statements, and other filings.
