Manager, Residual Processing & Administration

NBCUniversal is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager, Residuals to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely residual payments while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Labor, Production Finance, and Business Affairs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical, technical, and communication skills with a deep understanding of residuals and guild-related processes. Responsibilities Plan, forecast, and initiate monthly and quarterly residual payments. Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from the Paris system and BI tools to generate reports and insights for Finance, Business Affairs, and Labor Relations. Coordinate with the Cash Planning team on weekly residuals payouts. Review and approve U.S. and international residual payments across major guilds (e.g., Equity, UBCP, ACTRA, MEAA). Support internal and external audit requests, including guild audits. Collaborate with guilds to resolve claims and escalate issues as needed. Lead and participate in testing and implementation of ERP and Residuals system enhancements.
