Distribution Strategy Coordinator
OVERVIEW As Coordinator of Distribution Strategy for Universal+ and PayTV Basic Channels, you will support commercial initiatives across Latin America, contributing to Pricing & Promotions, Deal Structuring, and Revenue Management activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a passion for media and entertainment, a results-driven mindset, and a strong desire to grow within the industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Price & Promo Assist in the execution and tracking of promotional campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, and affiliate teams. Monitor pricing and packaging strategies across partners and compile insights for internal reporting. Support analysis of acquisition and retention initiatives to help evaluate campaign effectiveness. Help prepare and distribute promotional letters (PLs) and maintain related documentation. Deal Structuring Provide analytical and administrative support during deal evaluations and renewals. Collaborate with Commercial teams to gather data and assist in preparing deal summaries and presentations. Conduct market research and compile internal and competitive benchmarks to inform deal discussions. Revenue Management Assist in compiling revenue forecasts and tracking actual performance against targets. Support reporting efforts by maintaining dashboards and updating performance trackers. Coordinate with Finance on billing and collections, including invoice validation and follow-ups. Additional Responsibilities Monitor market trends and competitor activity, contributing to regular intelligence reports. Support ad-hoc research projects and internal requests from Commercial and Strategy teams. Help prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Maintain organized records and assist in back-office processes related to distribution operations.
