Role Summary: This role will provide Human Resources support and leadership to certain Universal Entertainment Group Production teams. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources for Physical Productions, this position will act as an HR business partner to studio employees in Physical Production including Post Production and Visual Effects, as well as provide support to on-set production employees. Responsibilities: Ensure the execution of assigned productions are aligned with our culture, standards and practices.

Role Summary: The Human Resources Operations Analyst will have the responsibility for assisting with the administration and implementation of various Talent Management Solutions including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Background Checks, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Learning Management Systems.
