Role Summary: Dynamic and highly visible opportunity for a senior human resources business partner, providing overall strategic human resources support for the NBCUniversal Finance organization and global Finance function, as well as the Corporate Strategy, Controller & Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Procurement and Tax teams, and the NBCUniversal Communications organization and global Communications function, as well as the Corporate Events and Corporate Social Responsibility teams.

NBCU Local is the division of NBCUniversal that includes 11 local NBC television stations, 28 local Telemundo stations and their digital channels and websites and 4 Regional Sports networks, as well as a group of out-of-home properties and a production company.

Role purpose : This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. This role works across both Production and Corporate environments. Supporting our growing TV, Film & Theatre Production businesses in Australia and New Zealand the HR Manager, is responsible for providing HR leadership, advice and coaching to production leadership teams and contracted cast and crew members.

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to our Engineering clients. You will work closely with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, implement effective talent acquisition strategies, drive employee engagement and development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
