The Director, Facilities Maintenance & Utilities is a hands-on leadership role that oversees the daily operations, execution strategies and overall performance of the teams responsible for theme park facility maintenance, MEP and infrastructure. This position interfaces with leaders from various client groups including the Operations, Entertainment, Food, and Retail departments, among others. This position is responsible for building a strong partnership with, and at times supporting, sister organizations in CityWalk/Hilltop Operations and NBCU Studio Facilities/Operations.

The Associate Producer is responsible for assisting Universal Studios Hollywood’s internal Production Team on the development / execution of video and still assets to support the Marketing and Sales objectives for Universal Parks & Resorts North America. In partnership with Popcorn Creative, the Associate Producer helps deliver production success across all phases of the production process. This role is key liaison for coordinating departmental production needs, booking crew / talent, managing external production partner relationships and working with cross functional departments.

The Manager Ride/Show Engineering is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design, development and delivery of ride components and systems under contract with vendor(s). Responsibilities Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for ride systems and related equipment.

“What would you say you do here?” The Character Effects department at DreamWorks Animation is responsible for both the set up and shot simulation of cloth, fur, hair, foliage, feathers, props, and other simulations as necessary on various projects. The Character Effects Production Development team oversees and maintains the common CFX workflows and tools used by all productions, with members specializing in artistry, engineering, and pipeline.

“What would you say you do here?” Intern will draft professional emails, reports and corporate communication materials that clearly and effectively communicate information to an internal audience. Intern will gain a broad knowledge of remote and live event planning including employee morale and mixer events, premieres and wraps, friends and family events, holiday events, and more. Intern will also support the studio's volunteer and community outreach programs (non-profit, educational, and hospital partnerships, to name a few).

“What would you say you do here?” The Hair Global Development Group is responsible for Hair Template, Workflow and Tool Ownership across departments and shows. This group establishes consistency, efficiency, ownership, and support in the grooming and simulation process. The goal of the Hair Global Developer internship will be to introduce candidates to the studio setting and involve them in development of tools for hair, fur and feathers across production on DreamWorks feature films.

"What would you say you do here?” Gain knowledge on the role of the Training Department in the studio and an understanding of the training workflow for TV, Overhead, and Feature Departments (Animation, Effects, Surfacing, Matte Painting, etc). Supervise virtual, hybrid, and onsite classes, track attendance, including data entry and Excel database maintenance, and record various classes with screen capture software. Edit recorded classes in Adobe Premiere. Tackle administrative tasks and design posters to promote training classes as needed.
