Coordinator, Production & Operations
The coordinator provides support to the Los Angeles based Production & Operations Department, as well as the Vice President of Production & Operations. Responsibilities: Support VP by maintaining calendar, scheduling meetings with numerous attendees as requested, reserving conference rooms, preparing documents, arranging business travel, and preparing expense reports Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external businesses to ensure that all matters are attended to in an efficient and timely fashion Coordinator will be assigned to support specific productions in conjunction with Production Managers and Production Leads Ensure weekly, timely receipt of key production documents including schedules, calendars, at-a-glance grids, etc. and distribute to appropriate teams as needed Maintain department and division databases, assignment grids, and shooting calendars and update regularly Review production company wrap paperwork for assigned series and maintain Dropbox folder and filing system Train in and become proficient on managing content and onboarding users in our internal content management system Work on various assigned projects for the Production & Operations Department
