Role Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Production Development for Universal Pictures. This position will require frequent requests to read and provide opinions on material in addition to managing day-today administrative functions and support. Job Purpose: The primary function of the Business Affairs Coordinator is to efficiently support three (3) Business Affairs executives at Universal Studio Group in their day-to-day job responsibilities, while demonstrating an ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Work with the Show Director and/or Creative Director to support the generation of visuals via sketches, storyboards, photo studies, and referential concept renderings to communicate preliminary design ideas for pitch presentation packets and distribution amongst other project stakeholders and partners. Compilation of the production design packets to convey the full scope of work through conceptual renderings, groundplans, elevations, color elevations, material and finish specifications, fabrication method suggestions, references, documentation, notes, and callouts.

The Director of Rights Management will oversee the strategic delivery of multiple systems and integrated processes within the rights portfolio to support the NBCU enterprise. The candidate will be responsible for driving the rights team to successful delivery of technology projects including the development of rights management systems as part of our unified architecture, deprecating legacy systems while onboarding new users into the enterprise rights management tools and aligning processes within our content supply chain.

Responsibilities This position is responsible for providing the leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage physical plant functions, construction, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of Citywalk, CityWalk O&O and Parking Operations. The Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations is responsible for assisting the Manager with oversight and management of an Entertainment venue and/or area, including all aspects of front and back of house operations. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing finances, resolving operational challenges and addressing guest and/or team member issues.
