Overview: The Vice President, Internal Audit manages the internal audit function for the Company, with a primary focus on planning and execution of the Company’s SOX program. The Vice President, Payroll leads the Company's day-to-day payroll operations function. Reporting to the Senior Vice President Accounting Operations, this role drives process execution to ensure effective and efficient service delivery through timely and accurate payments, distributions, and withholdings. The Vice President, Payroll ensures the payroll operations function supports compliance with local payroll regulations and collective bargaining agreements. This position also has accountability for accurate data and metrics for reporting, auditing, and monitoring purposes.

Role Purpose The Senior Finance Analyst of FP&A is responsible for assisting in the financial planning and forecasting for SpinCo. This role will interact with Corporate and Business Unit leadership, particularly through the budget and estimate cycles. In addition, the Senior Finance Analyst will participate in / coordinate ad hoc projects as requested. The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles, internal reporting and related analysis for SpinCo financial results.

Overview The Treasury team’s responsibilities include capital markets activities, rating agency initiatives, corporate finance analysis and cash management. This position’s primary responsibilities will include driving the Treasury team’s balance sheet, and broader corporate finance analysis, building detailed and sophisticated financial models, working with management on complex capital markets transactions and helping in the creation of content to position key developments and considerations for the Company’s Board of Directors.

The Position The Senior Director Investor Relations will be responsible for assisting the EVP of Investor Relations in the development of Investor Relations strategies, policies and implementation of investor relations programs with a focus on institutional shareholder base. Acts as a Company spokesperson and supports the development of the investor relations strategy. Core Responsibilities Part of the team as a representative for investment research analysts and institutional investors, analysts and portfolio managers.

The Senior Financial Analyst serves a key role on the SpinCo Production & Distribution Finance team, reporting to the Vice President, Production & Distribution Finance and serving as an operational finance support partner to the full “Operations & Technology” team. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the SpinCo leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the operations of a newly formed Media company.

The Manager serves a key role on the SpinCo Production & Distribution Finance team, reporting to the Vice President, Production & Distribution Finance and serving as an operational finance support partner to the full “Operations & Technology” team. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the SpinCo leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the operations of a newly formed Media company.

The Vice President will serve as an integral business partner in the operational accounting aspects of the SpinCo TV Networks’ business units. The Vice President reports to the Chief Accounting Officer, SpinCo and acts as a key advisor to finance leadership on all accounting matters. This role partners with business unit counterparts on all operational accounting processes, monthly and quarterly close coordination, reporting and the assessment and validation of internal control activities.
