JOB SUMMARY Assists Contracts Administrators and other legal team members with contract drafts, reviews and all areas of contracting process. Processes JCT/NEC contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative Systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) As directed by Sr. Contracts Administrator and Manager, reviews and drafts scopes of work and related contract documents and compiles and routes contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution.

The Director of Legal and Business Affairs, Universal Destinations and Experiences (UDX) is responsible for managing legal aspects of UK and international commercial matters, such as drafting and negotiating complex commercial and real estate agreements, corporate transactions, and providing advice and guidance for operations and management. The Director of Legal and Business Affairs is also responsible for overseeing compliance with planning and development approvals and agreements with the UK Government and third parties. This position includes managing outside counsel and consultants.

The IT Support Manager for Universal Creative is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to the support of Universal Creative (UC). Support of the various teams includes but is not limited to laptop and desktop functionality, determining hardware and software specifications and procurement, wired and wireless network issues, server and data allocation, mobile device configuration and troubleshooting of any issues related to computing technology. The UC Technology Manager is also responsible for the discovery and implementation of any new technologies used by UC.

JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the Senior Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager aka Senior BIM Manager is to oversee the integration of virtual design and construction technologies to optimise project delivery and foster collaboration across all stakeholders, ensuring the successful efficient execution of projects through their lifecycle. The Senior Manager, serves as strategic leader for the project team, ensuring that VDC processes are continuously utilised to meet Universal standards and expectations.

Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Animated Figures. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

JOB SUMMARY The Show Set Designer is responsible for the design, development, and documentation of the overall attraction, scenic and show elements primarily utilising architectural and CAD software as a design and coordination tool. Responsible for the development of virtual and physical models, scene studies, renders, plans, sections, drawings and drawing packages depicting design and art direction.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the design, management, and installation of landscape site planning, and area development design for a zone and/or land of the UK Project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design and development of outdoor spaces that evoke emotion, spark imagination, and reflect a cohesive theme. Provides landscape, area development, site specific design, and management for the project themed zones and lands. Directing the design consultant and coordination with in-house support of the project team and additional vendor inputs.

POSITION SUMMARY Contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.
