Job Summary Based in the Bedford office, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by engaging stakeholders across all stages of the hiring process and supporting interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding. This position requires the execution of both routine and non-routine administrative tasks and other assignments/projects which support the talent acquisition team.

JOB SUMMARY Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Attends weekly project meetings. Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the ride/show vendors including the development of all preliminary final facility impacts. Monitors construction in the field including identifying and resolving discrepancies between the construction and drawings and/or design intent.

You will be responsible for managing daily operations onsite and delivery of the relevant service streams to industry best practice standards. In collaboration with the Orlando teams, you will also support compliance with safety regulations and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety and sustainability. Also supporting with planning and implementation of business continuity, emergency response and crisis management response.

JOB SUMMARY Provides design guidance and manages Universal Graphic Design team, outside consultants, and coordinates requirements of all in-house divisions through successful completion of project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Manages design staff and outside design firms. Consults with requesting department and gathers information pertaining to the development of the project for consistency. Collaborates with internal divisions to maintain Universal’s design intent of ongoing quality control design solutions.

Contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, to include Network Systems. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) support to the Ride/Show teams.

JOB SUMMARY Generate initial project budget estimates for a wide range of developments, including new retail venues, restaurants, attractions, resort hotels, and entirely new theme parks. Develop and update cost estimates and cost plans as projects progress through design phases, enabling ongoing comparison to approved budgets. Oversee and coordinate the work of in-house estimating staff as well as contracted estimating firms, both U.S. and internationally based across multiple scopes of work.

POSITION SUMMARY Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the design and development of outdoor spaces that evoke emotion, spark imagination, and reflect a cohesive theme. Supporting the planning and area development design for the resort roadways and back of house areas, focusing on site planning, placemaking, and soft/hard landscape design solutions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Provides area development and landscape specific designs for resort-wide projects, collaborating with in-house teams and external consultants. Contributes to the layout of roadways, parking, hotels, back-of-house facilities, and other resort components.
