Coordinator, Talent Acquisition
Job Summary Based in the Bedford office, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience by engaging stakeholders across all stages of the hiring process and supporting interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding. This position requires the execution of both routine and non-routine administrative tasks and other assignments/projects which support the talent acquisition team. Job Responsibilities: Supports Recruiters in various steps of the recruitment processes, schedules orientations, and utilises necessary resources to assess and complete tasks related to work authorisation, reference and background checks, and new hire onboarding. Maintains confidentiality and documentation in accordance with retention policies. Ensures data has been entered correctly and makes corrections as applicable. Processing candidate expenses as required. (30%) Delivers an excellent candidate experience by coordinating interview schedules and ensuring a seamless on-site interview arrival process through timely stakeholder notification. Updates Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as required. Provides support with posting advertisements and updating roles on job boards. (30%) Engages and builds strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR, and other business stakeholders. Manages general incoming communications to Talent Acquisition team. Determines appropriate routing and/or escalation as needed, delivering timely and accurate (20%) Prepares and distributes daily, weekly and monthly Talent Acquisition-related reports. Updates data and compiles departmental metrics as directed. (10%) Represents Universal United Kingdom Resort at on‑site and external job fairs, careers events and community activities. Prepares for and follows up on events and actively engages with attendees by promoting current vacancies and providing information about the organisation. (10%) Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
