The Sourcing Manager for Universal Studios Hollywood is responsible for the acquisition of materials at the most economic price possible, considering commodities market fluctuations, shipping and raw goods prices from both U.S.-based and global vendors which may entail purchasing materials in one country to be shipped to another country across the globe. This position is responsible for the timely delivery of goods and may source a variety of categories and services used in the Universal Kids Resort hotel and theme park.

Summary Assists with administrative and clerical processes in support of the Food Operations team. Includes both routine and non-routine administrative assignments in support of the efficient operation of the overall Department. Essential Functions Provides comprehensive administrative support and performs clerical duties for food operation leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, email correspondence, expense reports, travel arrangements, office supplies and ordering, and routine correspondence.

The Entertainment CityWalk Supervisor plays an essential role in supervising and supporting all aspects of digital visual content and live performance talent pertaining to Entertainment of CityWalk. They must maintain detailed records of all digital content and in some cases will serve as the Technical Director for key live events. They will have a strategic focus on content creation and preparation. This individual will have an overall awareness and expertise for CityWalk technical operations as well as live performance operations.

Summary The Director of Culinary Operations reports directly to the VP of Culinary and Executive Chef and is responsible for two main pillars: Culinary Production and Culinary Park Operations. In this role, you will work with department leadership in planning, implementing, and supporting new food and beverage initiatives, lead culinary teams in planning, training, and daily execution, and serve as a culinary expert who provides leadership and sets standards for culinary excellence. Responsibilities Develop and mentor senior chefs.

The Senior Financial Analyst for the Theme Park Food & Beverage Finance team will play a pivotal role in supporting both the financial planning & analysis cycle and the daily operations of all Food & Beverage venues within the park. The Senior Financial Analyst will handle ad-hoc analysis and flash reporting on key operational metrics and will assist with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and Latest Estimates. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting packages addressing operational performance, as well as ad-hoc analysis when needed.

The Assistant Manager, Main Entry Operations is responsible for managing and supervising the Main Entry Department. Executes and assists with oversight of operations and Team Members within the Main Entry department which includes, but not limited to Admissions, Guest Ambassadors, Rentals, and Inventory Control. The Assistant Manager also partners with the Sales and Guest Experience team to support their initiatives.

The position is responsible for supporting the Park Services department & overseeing park Team Members. This person will ensure that the Theme Park environment is consistently maintained in a clean, safe & presentable manner while complying with all procedures & regulatory requirements. In addition this person will be responsible for implementing departmental programs focusing on Team Member & Guest Satisfaction. Essential Functions Manages daily operation of Park Services Team Members.
