Summary This position is responsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement functions for Universal Studios Hollywood, overseeing daily procurement operations, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationships. The Sr. Manager will deliver procurement efficiency, beneficial spend economics and savings via utilization of sourcing strategies /best practices, on-time ordering accuracy, supplier compliance, and consistent execution across all Food & Beverage categories.

Cash handling skills are used to support the selling of Team Member Perk items. This position will help Team Members navigate the resources and tools available as it relates to employee self-service and connect Team Members with the appropriate HR representatives when necessary. The Sous Chef – Margaritaville, will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that the food served always meets or exceeds standards of excellence. While this position will report to the Restaurant Chef, this position is responsible for setting the expectations for all kitchen team members to maximize productivity.

We are seeking a resolute and experienced Manager of Night Operations to lead our Custodial team in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of our Theme Park. This individual is responsible for managing the Night Operations team of 200+, including the night-to-night operation of the theme park. This individual will ensure that the theme park environment is clean, safe, maintained in a presentable fashion, while complying with all procedures & regulatory requirements.

The Manager, Technical Services (Rides & Attractions) is responsible for maintaining strategic and daily operational plans for Rides & Attractions within the Technical Services Department. The Manager provides technical guidance for all attractions under his or her area of responsibility.
