In this role you will provide the vision, strategic direction and leadership for the Universal Studios Hollywood Sales division. Your primary focus will be to maximize revenue and profit opportunities at Universal Studios Hollywood via proper development and implementation of effective sales strategies that align with the overall goals for new and existing businesses. The Supervisor, Entertainment Costume Fabrication is responsible assisting the Manager, Entertainment Costume Fabrication with the daily supervisory leadership of the front line employees with a key focus on the daily operation of the Costuming Department. Oversee the daily operations of the Costume Areas; including monitoring staff and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are maintained. Coach, monitor and track the hourly staff’s work processes. Instruct and monitor costume staff in required daily techniques and procedures.

Working in a collaborative team environment, this role is responsible for managing and expediting all aspects of technical design, build and show production support for Events, Projects and/or other assignments. The are also responsible to staff as assigned and needed with regards to design, development, fabrication, installation, facility interface, operation, maintenance, and documentation in compliance with codes and jurisdictional requirements with a primary focus on one off events and other special projects.

Summary The Principal Mechanical Engineer provides sustaining engineering support for theme park attractions (rides and shows). Duties include complex downtime investigation and troubleshooting of ongoing issues, reverse engineering and redesign, and other engineering tasks as required to ensure daily operational readiness of attractions.

The Human Resources Generalist provides HR counsel and support to Supervisors/Managers and hourly Team Members at the Hollywood Theme Park, with a heavy emphasis on maintaining positive employee relations. The role also serves as a liaison with other HR departments including Staffing/Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HRIS, Labor Relations, etc. to help resolve issues and assist with HR process coordination.

Essential Functions: Executes strategic plans to optimize store profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and Guest Service standards.
