This position is responsible for providing the supervisory leadership, direction and resources to effectively manage retail stores, daily departmental operations and special projects in support of the theme park.

The Planner Scheduler is to assist the Facility Maintenance & Construction department with the planning, coordination, and execution of technician schedules, planned work, and corrective maintenance work onsite. The Planner Scheduler will have the responsibility of planning, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work completed by technicians in a union environment. The Planner Scheduler will assist to standardize and lead the operations/activities of the Facility Maintenance & Hazmat team.

We are looking for a Manager of Systems to lead the team supporting the daily operations of our Back of House Applications, including facilities & asset management, operations, and employee management systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting end users, handling escalations, monitoring performance and developing solutions for business-critical systems. You’ll partner with internal IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to support and deliver technology that improves our business.

Summary: The Technical Supervisor, Show Electrics works in a collaborative production team environment directly with the Manager and Assistant Technical Manager of Electrics and Show Systems., This position supports the execution of all aspects of show electrical integration including design, development, installation, facility interface, operation, maintenance, and documentation and ensures compliance with codes, and jurisdictional requirements.

Summary: Provides essential office and onsite support and supervision within the Production Management team throughout the development, operation, and strike of Entertainment projects of various scale, including marquee events, daily park entertainment, placemaking efforts, and other special projects.

Role Summary A successful candidate will become part of the Universal Studios Hollywood Finance team, primarily supporting the Park’s Parking operation, including revenue, labor, and expense management while periodically supporting our Operations Finance team. This role will participate in all financial aspects, owning the day-to-day expense management, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting responsibilities. A successful candidate will become a valuable resource supporting business partners with guidance, reporting, and analysis to deliver on key business unit objectives.

SUMMARY The Human Resources Generalist provides HR counsel and support to Supervisors/Managers and hourly Team Members at the Hollywood Theme Park, with a heavy emphasis on maintaining positive employee relations. The role also serves as a liaison with other HR departments including Staffing/Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HRIS, Labor Relations etc… to help resolve issues and assist with HR process coordination.
