This role supports the department’s documentation systems, vendor coordination, financial processes, and project workflow, while serving as a key communication point between internal teams, contractors, and leadership.

The Supervisor, Entertainment Operations Shows shall be responsible for ensuring the functionality of all operations related to the day to day execution of the show(s)/element to which they are assigned. The Supervisor reports to the Manager and Assistant Manager, Entertainment Operations Shows as appropriate to ensure proper facilitation of duties. The Application Engineer role is to implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks. This includes installation and implementation as well as troubleshooting while providing day-to-day support to existing software applications. The Application Engineer will set up and maintain system administration and configuration of software systems. Provide day-to-day application support on software systems at all Parks Technology locations. This includes after hours, weekends and on-call support.

Provides essential structure and support to the Entertainment AV team with daily operations and projects of various scale, including daily park entertainment, marquee events, placemaking efforts, and special projects. The Supervisor, Entertainment Costume Operations is responsible assisting the Entertainment Costume Operations Manager with the daily supervisory leadership of the front line employees with a key focus on the daily operation of the Entertainment Costume Department. Oversee the daily operations of the Costume Areas; including monitoring staff and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are maintained. Coach, monitor and track the hourly staff’s work processes. Instruct and monitor costume staff in required daily techniques and procedures.

The Manager of Accessibility Compliance oversees Guest access to goods and services across the Theme Park and CityWalk, ensuring compliance with current and emerging California Building Code (CBC) and federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. This role also serves as an advocate for equitable access and equal facilitation for both Guests and Team Members.
