The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Audio, Special Effects, Projection, Lighting, Set/Scenic, Props, Show Action Equipment, Animated Figures, Ride Systems, Mechanical Systems, Network Systems, Parkwide Systems, Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports whom manage multiple aspects of an attraction.

The Show Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design and development of show equipment, and/or show action equipment, components and systems under contract with vendor(s) Responsibilities Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for each show element.

Summary Direct the operation of 8-12 quick service branded restaurants with sales volume ranging from 20M-30M per year. Responsible for implementation of strategic planning to optimize restaurant profits while adhering to quality, cleanliness and guest service standards. This role provides senior-level technical leadership, strategic vendor oversight, and cross-functional coordination throughout all phases of design, procurement, installation, and commissioning. The Project Engineer II is expected to mentor junior engineers and serve as a key technical advisor to project management.
