The Assistant Manager, Props & Placemaking is a pivotal role within the Entertainment Creative Development team, responsible for providing comprehensive support in the planning, execution, and management of all prop and placemaking initiatives. Reporting directly to the Manager of Props & Placemaking, alongside the Supervisor of Props & Placemaking, this role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong focus on operational efficiency, documentation, and upholding our world-class standards.

The Sous Chef will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high-volume branded concept on City Walk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that the food served always meets or exceeds standards of excellence at all times. While this position will report to the Restaurant Chef, this position is responsible for setting the expectations for all kitchen team members to maximize productivity.

We are looking for a Manager of Systems to lead the team supporting the daily operations of our Back of House Applications, including facilities & asset management, operations, and employee management systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting end users, handling escalations, monitoring performance and developing solutions for business-critical systems. You’ll partner with internal IT teams, vendors and stakeholders to support and deliver technology that improves our business.

Summary: The Technical Supervisor, Show Electrics works in a collaborative production team environment directly with the Manager and Assistant Technical Manager of Electrics and Show Systems., This position supports the execution of all aspects of show electrical integration including design, development, installation, facility interface, operation, maintenance, and documentation and ensures compliance with codes, and jurisdictional requirements.

Summary: Provides essential office and onsite support and supervision within the Production Management team throughout the development, operation, and strike of Entertainment projects of various scale, including marquee events, daily park entertainment, placemaking efforts, and other special projects.
