This person will ensure that the Theme Park environment is consistently maintained in a clean, safe & presentable manner while complying with all procedures & regulatory requirements. In addition this person will be responsible for implementing departmental programs focusing on Team Member & Guest Satisfaction. Essential Functions Manages daily operation of Park Services Team Members.

The Senior Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance lead a team of three QA specialists, making sure that food safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the theme park and City Walk venues. Acting as the primary liaison with the LA County Health Department, this manager directs quality assurance efforts by utilizing our systems and analytical tools. This role manages the daily operations of the Food Safety and Quality Management System and leads the quality assurance team to protect employee and consumer safety, as well as product integrity at Universal Studios Hollywood.

The Manager, Animated Figure Team, is responsible for the overall sustainment, show quality, reliability, and aesthetic presentation of animatronic figures, animated props, and relevant ride vehicle components, or structures, at Universal Studios Hollywood (USH). This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for both the Figure Animations and Figure Finishing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across technical, creative, and operational departments.

Analyze sales and attendance trends by origin, sales channel and product mix.

The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully opening and operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. The Assistant General Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, team member retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
