The Sous Chef – Vivo Italian Kitchen, will be responsible for directing, managing and successfully operating a high volume branded concept on CityWalk. As Sous Chef, the position will be a primary “go-to” for the kitchen team and responsible for the functions and flow of the back of the house. The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that the food served always meets or exceeds standards of excellence. While this position will report to the Restaurant Chef, this position is responsible for setting the expectations for all kitchen team members to maximize productivity.

The Manager of Trade Marketing is responsible for leading priority marketing communications initiatives in support of the sales channels and external clients for both Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Hollywood. As the Senior Area Manager, Retail Warehouse you will lead teams, optimize inventory management, ensure the timely delivery of products to retail locations, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse logistics in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Director, Segment Experiences will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of seasonal consumer events to drive incremental attendance for Universal Studios Hollywood. This position will champion events within the Marketing & Sales department and set the strategic direction for the overall campaign. Additionally, this role will lead the USH cross functional team (i.e., Entertainment, Operations, Finance, Food & Beverage, Retail, Legal, etc.) ensuring alignment across the organization for events throughout the year.

Summary The Pastry Chef reports directly to the Executive Sous Chef of Production Kitchen. This Chef has advanced knowledge of culinary trends, proficiency in culinary techniques, and a proven passion for culinary innovation. The Chef will bring expertise in flavor development and culinary executions and be a crucial part of the Innovation Team.

The Associate Manager, A & E Design works in partnership with the A&E Design Manager to oversee the project A&E vendors and coordinate the show ride systems facility impact reports and review/ redline all disciplines design packages. Assists with coordinating Construction administration effort relative to reviewing RFI’s and field work assessments. Responsibilities: Attends weekly project meetings. Assists the coordination between Architecture and Engineering and the other vendors.
