Role Purpose: The Director, Corporate Controllership Transformation will support the Senior Director, Corporate Controllership Transformation Lead and the Corporate Segment. The position will serve as a point of contact for the SAP S/4 Project, ensuring inclusive design decisions and business unit change management are a success. In this role, you and the Senior Director will align with dedicated business unit leaders on functional and data requirements and ensure business critical inputs are incorporated in the system design.
The Strategic Analytics & Content Optimization team is a critical part of the NBCU Decision Sciences organization that leverages data of all kinds to support major strategic initiatives and executive presentations across diverse disciplines such as Content, Marketing and more. This role works closely with relevant Content Analytics, Consumer Insights and Content Strategy counterparts to turn business and consumer intelligence into tangible business outcomes across Peacock, NBC, and Bravo.
NBCU Local is reimagining storytelling for the next generation of local news watchers, delivering local content to English and Spanish-speaking audiences in 31 U.S. TV markets and Puerto Rico. We are comprised of NBC Owned Television Stations, NBC Sports Regional Networks and Telemundo Station Group – plus multicast networks COZI TV and TeleXitos, regional cable news network NECN, and 16 free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) channels – including 11 NBC local news, four Telemundo regional news channels.
You will develop and drive people strategies for Japan, covering multiple businesses including Content Group, TVD, UP&E in Japan. You will partner closely with key executives to cultivate an inclusive, positive, and productive workplace culture; identify, develop and retain talents; create and implement local employee experiences and learning & development initiatives. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with partners in talent acquisition, executive search, compensation & benefits, employment law, etc. to drive high quality HR services delivery to business.
The Trade Marketing Director will lead strategic initiatives to generate marketplace demand for NBCUniversal’s advertising offerings, with a focus on agency, client, category, and portfolio-wide strategies. This role positions NBCUniversal as the industry’s most trusted media partner for driving ad sales revenue and maximizing media effectiveness for clients of all size Reporting to the Vice President of Trade Marketing, this position will manage a team of 2+ marketing professionals, ranging from Interns to Managers.
