Product Operations Manager

The Product Operations team is responsible for helping the Media Group and Global Streaming Product and Design teams be as effective and efficient as possible through processes, tools and program support. The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for designing the End-to-End Process for the Media Group and Global Streaming Product development lifecycle, responsible primarily for the processes, frameworks, governance and team coordination that power product development, align strategy with execution, and empower Product Managers and Designers to work smarter. This role requires a solution-oriented self-starter, and tight collaboration with Product and Technology teams. The Product Operations Manager will report to the Director of Product Operations and will work in a highly matrixed structure. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Technology teams including Architecture, Analysts, Engineering and PMO teams to strategize the best product development processes that will scale and accommodate the Product and Design lifecycle and help tie feature work to business value Responsible for processes to intake and route requests, assess and measure value and impact, and embed this business rigor into our overall product development lifecycle and team culture while delivering Product priorities, requirements, and UI/UX designs, to Technology teams Consulted and influences end-to-end development processes in partnership with the Technology Portfolio Operations team Track processes used by Product and Design to measure impact, usage and success Continuously improve product development processes by identifying opportunities, building consensus and operationalizing to enable an effective and efficient Product organization Partner closely with other PMOs and Syndication focused teams to ensure processes scale across the Global Streaming Platform including four major streaming propositions worldwide Build trust and strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product and Technology Engage stakeholders early, often and through multiple touchpoints to inform process changes Help define ways of working strategies, best practices and principles for Product and Engineering to foster closer partnership from ideation through to development and delivery Contribute to Product & Design strategic tooling needs to ensure project, program and resourcing information is readily available and accessible for timely decision making
