The Media Group Growth organization is looking for a Director to drive the evolution of our workflow capabilities & spearhead the innovation roadmap for Marketing Technology. This role will work on the Go-to-Market team within Marketing Technology leading the Workflow Technology & Innovation vertical – guiding a team of Product Managers and prioritizing the intra-team roadmap. A successful candidate will have a blended background including experience with both the technical integration and strategic application sides of growth.

The CRM Marketing Strategy Specialist will support Customer Relationship Marketing campaigns for NBC. This entails campaign development and hands-on execution of CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messages), closely partnering with Campaign Operations and Marketing Operations teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process oriented, accountable, detail oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment.
