Position Overview: We are seeking a Manager on the Media Group finance team to be an integral member of the team that is analyzing and evaluating subscriber revenue, developing internal analytics and measurement tools, assessing growth initiatives and their impact on subscriber revenue both domestically and internationally. The role provides the unique opportunity to become a member of NBCUniversal’s expanding Media business, primarily focused on Peacock.

We are seeking a highly driven, strategic self-starter to lead pricing, promotions, and subscriber value optimization strategy within the Growth Strategy organization at Peacock. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and customer experience and is responsible for shaping how we deliver the right offer and experience to the right customer at the right time.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations within the Global Streaming finance function, inclusive of planning, forecasting and reporting on fixed and variable cost within the portfolio. Reporting to the Manager, Finance, this role will closely partner with Global Streaming operations and finance partners, developing an understanding of the business to help drive alignment across functional areas.

As an On-Platform Strategy Manager, you will usher in an exciting new chapter for Peacock, sitting at the intersection of on-platform innovation, content merchandising, and campaign strategy. As features like vertical video and games continue to scale across dozens of playlists and formats, including sports-driven verticals such as Can’t Miss Highlights and Peacock Scorecard, this role will oversee the curation and merchandising strategies for these features, navigating increasing complexity across content refreshes, stakeholder coordination, testing, and performance optimization.

The Strategic Analytics & Content Optimization team is a critical part of the NBCU Decision Sciences organization that leverages data of all kinds to support major strategic initiatives and executive presentations across diverse disciplines such as Content, Marketing and more. This role works closely with relevant Content Analytics, Consumer Insights and Content Strategy counterparts to turn business and consumer intelligence into tangible business outcomes across Peacock, NBC, and Bravo.

The Position: The Senior Manager, Consumer Insights (Audience & Marketing Insights) plays a key role in helping to develop forward-looking insights that deepen the business’s understanding of marketing, title level tracking, key audiences, and content opportunities across the evolving entertainment landscape. This position operates within a high-performing, fast-paced environment that spans NBC Entertainment and Peacock.

About the Role The Manager of FAST Analytics is responsible for enabling the strategic growth, operational performance, and long‑term value creation of the company’s Free Ad‑Supported Streaming TV (FAST) business through rigorous analytics, insight generation, and decision support. Reporting into the Media Group Decision Sciences organization and partnering closely with the Sr. Manager, Distribution & Partnership Strategy, this role sits at the intersection of content, distribution, advertising, product, and analytics within a highly matrixed organization.

The Manager of Program Accounting will serve as key member of the Controllership organization within the Media Group. The Media Group includes the best brands in the industry, including the NBC broadcast network, Peacock, Bravo, and NBC Sports. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to learn about the entertainment television and streaming businesses and be a change agent. The position will report to the VP, Programming Accounting and will work closely with finance leadership across the group. This position may be responsible for supervising one direct report in the future.
