The Specialist, AVOD Growth & Digital Distribution will support the editorial management and optimization of 10+ YouTube channels. This role focuses on channel organization, video optimization, quality control, and analytics-driven growth, while also supporting the creation of high-impact digital assets to enhance audience engagement and brand consistency. The position serves as a key creative and operational partner to ensure content is presented in a way that drives engagement, brand consistency, and audience growth across digital platforms. Responsibilities: Support day-to-day management of 20+ YouTube channels within YouTube Studio and CMS, ensuring accurate organization, tagging, metadata optimization, and overall channel hygiene Oversee content packaging and presentation, maintaining editorial consistency and brand alignment across all channels Coordinate publishing calendars, asset delivery timelines, and cross-functional approvals to ensure on-time execution Recommend editorial, packaging, and programming strategies to improve discoverability and audience growth Conduct quality control reviews of uploads, playlists, descriptions, end screens, and community posts Communicate effectively across digital, marketing, production, and brand teams to execute publishing and distribution workflows Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support related to channel management and digital asset organization Design and optimize custom thumbnails that drive click-through rate and audience engagement for streaming platforms, including YouTube, FAST, telemundo.com, APP, other social media platforms Adapt and reproduce existing key art using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools Develop templates, banners, end boards, and assets to support brand consistency and promotional initiatives Partner with internal teams to translate promotional materials into compelling digital assets for YouTube and streaming platforms Present innovative packaging and visual strategies to enhance performance and brand presence
