Overview: The Coordinator, Sales Administration Worldwide will be primarily responsible for providing support to the Senior Vice President of Sales Planning and Administration in the management of TV and New Media deals worldwide. This position offers broad exposure across Sales Administration and involves a diverse range of responsibilities and special projects. It is an excellent entry point into the content distribution business and provides a strong foundation for understanding global deal operations. Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate quarterly all hands meetings for the Sales Administration team. Log all incoming agreements and amendments, ensuring confidentiality, timely processing, and deal integrity within international sales. Update and maintain the Sales Administration Quarterly “Snapshot” Report. Prepare and distribute internal sales reports within the Sales Administration department and as requested for new releases. Support Managers with deal processing on time sensitive projects to help the team reach deadlines. Organize and maintain annual calendar for all Sales Administration-related contractual and financial deadlines. Maintain and update the Sales Administration team time-off tracker, ensuring leadership has visibility into team availability. Coordinate occasional international travel arrangements and related logistics for leadership. Liaise with executive assistants across the Global Distribution organization to coordinate meetings and scheduling. Manage Sales Administration SharePoint site including the organization and distribution of operational summaries and process documents.
