Creative Coordinator
The Creative Coordinator is a vital member of the Creative Advertising department, supporting the management of A/V, print, and digital campaigns for Universal Pictures’ theatrical releases. Working as part of a dynamic and collaborative team, the Coordinator will report to the EVP of Creative Advertising and partner closely with colleagues across the department. This role will play a key part in supporting both domestic and global teams, helping ensure projects and deliverables are executed in a timely and efficient manner. Essential Responsibilities Provide administrative support, including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling, travel and expense coordination, and invoice processing Organize A/V and print advertising materials from early development through multiple revision and final delivery stages Prepare creative materials for meetings, including A/V transcripts, print-ready PDFs, and other assets needed both in advance and on short notice Ensure timely purchase order processing and track overall budget spend Organize and maintain digital assets, including QuickTimes, PDFs, and other creative files Coordinate with the Creative Operations team on all A/V dubbing requests Handle confidential materials related to unreleased films, adhering strictly to security protocols Distribute creative materials internally and to external partners Communicate efficiently across platforms, including email, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace Collaborate with the dub room to share materials with external agencies and vendors Maintain records of filmmaker and executive correspondence Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on deadlines and workflow needs
