About the Role The NBC Integrated Design team is looking for a Designer who wants to create the kind of work fans screenshot, share, and talk about. In this role, you won’t just support campaigns, you’ll help define the visual identity of some of television’s biggest shows. From bold, culture-driving key art to social content that lives and breathes in real time, your work will reach millions. We’re looking for a designer who is obsessed with great storytelling, thrives under momentum, and can jump seamlessly from prestige drama to sharp comedy to high-stakes reality—often in the same day. Responsibilities Partner with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and cross-functional teams to concept and execute high-impact campaigns. Create and communicate concepts through sketches, scrap/mood boards, write-ups, and pitches. Design original key art, campaign visuals, social assets, outdoor (OOH), and print that translate show tones and strategy briefs into bold, ownable visual languages that cut through the crowded TV landscape. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Stay ahead of design trends, platform best practices, and cultural moments.
