Director, FCA Film Ultimates & Cash
The Director, FCA Film Ultimates and Cash, is responsible for leading the financial modeling and budgeting of participations and residuals for theatrical products. This role requires a deep understanding of contractual obligations and the ability to translate complex deal terms into financial models and forecasts. This individual will bring a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working across Participations, FP&A, Controllership, and Strategic Planning groups. Additionally, the role will support the setup and review of theatrical participation deals within the Participations and Residuals system (PARIS) as needed. Here you can: Build and maintain participation and residual ultimate models for theatrical products Support cash forecasting and budgeting processes related to participation and residual obligations Analyze and interpret complex legal agreements and translate terms into financial models and forecasts Collaborate closely with various business units including FP&A, Controllership, Strategic Planning, Legal and Business Affairs Maintain appropriate controls within the ultimate process as required by Sarbanes Oxley Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and improve productivity Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and forecasting Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed
