Coordinator Digital Operations, Corporate Communications
The Corporate Communications Coordinator will be an integral member of the Corporate Communications team, supporting day-to-day operations through media monitoring, content management, administrative coordination, and communications support. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong writing skills, a passion for media and communications, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Media Monitoring and Industry Intelligence Compile and distribute daily NBCUniversal and industry news roundups, including Top Stories, media coverage, and relevant industry developments. Monitor traditional, digital, and social media for emerging conversations, trends, competitive activity, reputational risks, stakeholder sentiment, and engagement opportunities, flagging relevant developments to the Corporate Communications team. Prepare recurring social listening summaries and support Sprout Social monitoring and reporting, media clip distribution, and daily communications updates. Conduct ad hoc research to support communications strategies, executive briefings, special projects, and AI agents. Digital, Creative and Project Support Manage Airtable workflows, project timelines, editorial calendars, and planning tools, coordinating approvals, stakeholder reviews, publishing schedules, key dates, and milestones across Corporate Communications. Coordinate photography, creative assets, and visual requests for the corporate website, newsroom, social media, executive communications, earnings, leadership announcements, events, and other enterprise initiatives. Maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring photos, videos, logos, graphics, and other creative assets are organized, current, and accessible. Support publishing and quality assurance across corporate websites and social media channels, including formatting, tagging, image optimization, and link testing. Administrative and Team Support Draft meeting agendas and coordinate materials, face sheets, executive briefings, meeting logistics, team events, and other office needs. Provide administrative and operational support for communications initiatives, interns, cross-functional projects, and other responsibilities as assigned.
