“What would you say you do here?” Software Product Ownership Define and prioritize software products based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with UX designers, other product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews with project managers. Requirements Development Conduct interviews, surveys, and observational studies with internal users to uncover pain points and opportunities. Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product requirements. Build empathy-driven user personas and journey maps to guide product decisions. Internal Customer Advocacy Serve as the primary liaison between internal creative teams and the product development team. Facilitate feedback loops and ensure continuous alignment with user expectations. Champion a culture of user-centered design and iterative improvement. Software Design & Development Partner with technical leadership to validate feasibility of requirements. Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate concepts.
