Production Assistant, TODAY (Contract)

As Production Assistant, you will work closely with the TODAY editorial team and control room teams on the rundown and supporting material for the live broadcast. You will also serve as a resource for vacation and other PTO coverage for essential broadcast positions. Job Duties: Create Show Rundown and other supporting paperwork. Work directly with control room production team. Working directly with producers on segments. Gathering elements for segments. Have strong editorial judgement. Research under tight deadline. Work with a video editor on the Show Podcast. Send affiliate morning notes. Strong communication skills.
