Manager Security, Nights

Summary: This position is a part of the Corporate Security Team that plans, organizes and directs crime prevention operations on CityWalk and our California Theme Park, Universal Studios Hollywood. Position Responsibilities Promptly resolve security issues that involve entities associated with Universal Studios Hollywood (USH) and CityWalk. Conduct detailed analysis of Security incident/crime statistics, prepare statistical reports, conduct presentations to management and recommend appropriate Security deployment and tactics based on analysis Coordinate with contract security to ensure continuity of the security function and compliance with USH policy and procedures. Liaise with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. and other law enforcement agencies. Liaise with other NBCU and USH departments to provide timely notifications and conduct a variety of investigations Conduct detailed analysis of requests for security and law enforcement intervention, providing assistance and expertise Conduct periodic audits of security operations insuring the continual pursuit of efficiency, productivity and quality customer services Prepare operational and situational reports to assist in security deployment planning and risk mitigation Provide complete, timely and accurate notification and documentation of incidents using company tracking systems This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
