Casting Coordinator

The Casting Coordinator will report to the EVP, Casting and will support talent aspects of NBC, Peacock, E!, Bravo, Oxygen, Syfy, USA, Universal Kids & Syndication Studios. Essential Responsibilities: Manage heavy phones, calendars, and contact management Manage individual and team expenses and coordinate travel with our internal travel consultants Meticulously track the status of talent and production for all projects Responsible for general office management (ordering & restocking supplies, conference room bookings & logistics, knowledge of company policies & procedures, etc.) Liase with internal departments and studios as well as external studio partners and agencies/management companies Oversee the hiring and day-to-day supervision of our Academic Year Interns Support talent efforts for the NBCU Entertainment Group Develop relationships with talent and their representatives Complete other casting and administrative duties as assigned
