Coordinator, Global Partnership Marketing/Creative
The Coordinator works with the Senior Director, VP, and SVP on the Global Partnership Marketing team. The group is responsible for building, developing and executing strategic partnerships between corporate businesses and Universal Filmed Entertainment. Essential Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to VP and SVP of the Domestic Partnership team Manage schedules and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties Create and maintain weekly agendas, synthesize meeting recaps, and share supporting materials for various internal and external meetings Support the team in the creative development of partner promotional campaigns Coordinate asset requests for creative execution and setup for partner distribution including promotional guides, character artwork and film footage Assist with sweepstakes rule review, facilitating feedback, fulfillment, etc. Oversee content, logistics and execution for team’s special events and screenings Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other documents on an as-needed basis Book meeting rooms, coordinate refreshments, RSVPs, drive-ons, attendee directions, etc. Coordinate travel schedules and arrangements Maintain departmental budgets, including updating budget grids, facilitating billing and creating POs Prepare and process expense reports in accordance with established divisional travel policy guidelines and reconcile team corporate card charges Interact with other department employees to facilitate the completion of all duties and responsibilities
