Financial Analyst
Essential Responsibilities: Assist with the administrative duties of the Reporting group, including tracking returned statements and updating the Electronic Reporting portal Gather and review the necessary documentation to set up vendors and update existing ones Enter and maintain accurate vendor information across several databases Communicate with vendors and other 3rd parties re: tax forms, AP requirements and other payment issues Prepare payment requests based on contractual obligations and participation reporting Establish and maintain communication with various departments to obtain required information for statement analysis and issue resolution As knowledge base of Contract Reporting grows, analyst will assist in the research, analysis, and review of Home Video, Theatrical and Television Participation Statements Perform Special Projects as needed
