Senior Manager, Scrum
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Scrum to lead agile practices across our Platform Development and AI organization, with a strong focus on team coaching, process consistency, and cross-functional alignment. This role will oversee Scrum Leads across multiple squads, helping grow agile maturity while supporting effective prioritization, dependency mapping, and delivery coordination across product and engineering. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful facilitator and process architect, able to connect the dots across teams and drive clarity around execution, while also providing strategic support to the Platform Development leadership team in planning, communication, and operational cadence. Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team of Scrum Leads across Platform Development and AI, fostering shared practices, growth, and community. Drive consistent agile execution by guiding teams in selecting and applying the right methodologies, rituals, and tools for their maturity and needs. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align priorities, shape delivery processes, and drive strategic planning and portfolio visibility across squads and programs. Build frameworks for cross-team dependency mapping and resolution, enabling scalable, coordinated delivery. Define and evolve agile operating models that balance consistency with team autonomy, promoting sustainable velocity and quality. Establish baseline metrics across the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and support teams in using data to assess performance, surface risks, and drive continuous improvement. Foster transparency through structured communication channels, surfacing updates, blockers, and decision points effectively. Champion a culture of accountability, adaptability, and shared ownership across product, engineering, and delivery teams. Provide strategic support to the VP of Platform Development through planning facilitation, communication alignment, and coordination of org-wide priorities.
