We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team who is a collaborative team member with a strong commitment to finding solutions. You’ll be the go-to team member for employee-related systems transactions and a critical player in keeping our HR world spinning smoothly. From onboarding new hires to conducting new employee orientation to supporting big HR initiatives – if you love a mix of people, data, and purpose, this role is for you! What you’ll be doing… You’ll be an essential part of the HR team, helping our employees and leaders with a wide range of needs, such as: Managing all the important “people data” in SAP – new hires, promotions, pay changes, exits, and more Running reports like a pro (weekly, monthly, and sometimes with quick turnaround needs) Supporting payroll, benefits, and disability cases with accuracy and care Helping employees get answers to HR-related questions in a timely manner Partnering with HR leaders to support performance, succession, and compensation planning Keeping org charts fresh and accurate Bringing energy to employee engagement activities – think appreciation events, surprises, and celebrations Crafting employee communications in collaboration with HR, Comms, and Facilities Pitching in on special projects and bringing creative ideas to life Handling confidential info with grace and professionalism
