Production Support Engineer

NBCUniversal is seeking a dedicated Production Support Engineer to join our dynamic Production Media Engineering group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless on-air productions by supporting all production systems at Versant Media Locations in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and New York, NY. This also includes our Remote Production sites in Washington DC and West Coast locations in LA and San Francisco. You will be troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving any technical issues that arise during live broadcasts and production tapings, including video, audio, transmission, and post-production systems. This role is pivotal to Versant Media’s commitment to deliver high-quality news, sports, and entertainment 24/7. You will maintain the integrity of cutting-edge broadcasting technology and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to optimize broadcast workflows in a fast-paced environment.
