Marketing Campaign Specialist

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to help us grow our member base through effective, high-impact campaign execution. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day campaign development and execution, working closely with cross-functional partners in creative, paid media, email/CRM, product, and analytics. You’ll bring a strong eye for detail, a passion for acquisition marketing, and a data-informed mindset to everything you do. In this role, you will be a part of the larger NBC Sports Next and Fandango Direct-to-Consumer team. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, GolfPass Member Growth & Marketing. Key Responsibilities: Create go-to-market plans for every acquisition initiative, inclusive of overarching campaign strategy, defining KPIs, creative and messaging direction, and media mix. Complete, submit, and project manage creative briefs – working with the creative team to develop campaign assets and messaging that align with brand voice and business goals. Monitor performance in real time and optimize as needed to meet campaign goals. AB test messaging, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with analytics to produce campaign wrap-up reports. Maintain campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met for launches. Identify trends, surface insights, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of media.
